Audit Bureau of Circulation Newspaper Record of Receipt Form

2009-2010

The Audit Bureau of Circulation requires that the Daily Press / Desert Dispatch asks for an affidavit of newspapers delivered to you at a minimal cost during each school year. In order to meet ABC regulations, I need your help in completing the form below submitting it as soon as possible. If we do not receive this form, your newspaper delivery will discontinue and you will be billed for the entire amount of the newspapers you've received. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
